Job summary

Copeland in Sidney, OH, is seeking a Production Team Member to support the assembly of compressors, condensing units, and components using manual and automated processes. The role requires participating on the assembly line, reading work instructions, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates are 18+, able to work any shift, lift 30 lbs, and use a computer to track information in Workday and ADP.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Able to read and understand job instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Able to independently use a computer to update Workday and ADP.

Responsibilities

• Fit and assemble parts to create completed product.
• Read and understand work instructions to maintain production schedule.
• Verify dimensions and conformance of parts to specifications.
• Rotate across jobs on the line on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with colleagues while upholding Copeland values.
• Promote safety and open communication in the facility.
