Job summary

SOUTHERN CHAMPION TRAY LLC in Fairfield, OH is seeking a Stacker for the 1st shift (4 Day/10 Hour). You will rotate between stacking, packing, and palletizing finished products and feeding raw materials into the rotary die cutter machine, while ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to read and follow English instructions. You will work 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM EST Monday through Thursday at the Fairfield plant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use software.
• English reading and writing skills essential.
• 1–3 months related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between stacking, packing and palletizing finished product and feeding raw material into the machine.
• Safely perform duties and maintain product quality at a consistent rate to meet daily production goals.
• Review job tickets to verify box, skid, and labeling information per customer specs.
• Set up and operate shrink tunnel and conveyor; maintain machine centers per standards.
• Print and attach load tags and ensure correct information on completed shipments.
• Perform routine cleaning and assist with preventive maintenance; report equipment or material issues.
