Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing or commercial printing environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, pull, push, reach and stoop during shift.
• Must be quality minded, work as part of a team and have a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to operate equipment and handle a variety of problems using general guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and assessing folded product and immediately notify the Folder Operator of any quality concerns.
• Identifying and communicating quality or mechanical issues.
• Ensuring finished product is stacked neatly and accurately.
• Perform housekeeping, material movement and support tasks to help ensure the folder is ready to resume operation.
• Maintain operation of machines, which may include cleaning, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
