Modern Litho, a local, family-owned printing company with 85+ years of experience, seeks a Die Cutter Operator to set up and run a Bobst die-cutting machine, producing flyers, folders, cards and catalogs with precision.

You will follow job tickets, monitor quality, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with the print production team. A high school diploma, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to overtime are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to operate equipment.
• Must be quality-minded and pay attention to detail.
• 3 years experience operating machines; read die lines and tickets.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Basic math and measuring skills; computer proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Follow job tickets and written instructions to meet customer specifications.
• Set up and operate a Bobst die-cutting machine according to job tickets.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot cutting equipment.
• Collaborate with the print production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
