Job summary

Maison D’enfants Llc. seeks a full-time live-in Nanny for a Darien, CT family with a 3-year-old and a 6-month-old. The role follows a 7 days on/7 days off ROTA with 60+ hours weekly, flexibility for overnights and weekends, and close collaboration with another caregiver and the mother.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of nanny experience (5–10 preferred), excellent English, discretion, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. Authorization to work in the US and a clean license are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with partner caregivers and mother to ensure smooth daily routines.

Job description

Full Time live-in ROTA (7 days on/7 days off) Nannies required for a warm and loving Darien, CT family with one baby boy and one girl (preschool age) starting Nov, 2026. Specific duties to be negotiated with the family, but in general, you will be responsible for all child related duties including providing nurturing care and interacting with both of their children in a fun, stimulating, educational, and age-appropriate way. To be successful in this role, you will need to be someone active and overall be a positive and engaging individual. The ideal candidates are flexible with their schedule, proactive, experienced with newborn, toddler and school age milestones and who appreciate direct communication with the family. A can do attitude with a team player mentality would be a wonderful match for these parents. You will partner with another ROTA nanny to ensure scheduling for the family.

Days/times:The family wants to find the best of the best! Ideal ROTA schedule is 7 days on/7days off with full flexibility to work 14 days straight (including weekends) as required (travel, etc). Baseline hours expected of 60 hours/week +, with availability for early/late days, overnights and weekends. The family is looking for flexible candidates who can adapt accordingly during work hours to support the family's busy schedules.

Children: two children - one girl (3 years) and one baby boy (6 months)

Conditions: $110,000 - $125,000 annualized salary*. *dependent on experience

Candidates with previous experience supporting UHNW/HNW families in a ROTA/Nanny team are highly desired. The family is open to negotiation for exceptional candidates and all strong candidates are encouraged to apply!

• Education or equivalent knowledge of ages and stages of child growth and development
• Comfortable working in a partnership/alongside with other caregivers and Mother in the home
• Ability to complete all child related duties (including, but not limited to: meal preparation, cleaning up/tidying bedroom and play areas, laundry, researching and planning playdates and activities, etc)
• Ability to commit for a minimum of 2 years for all permanent positions (this family is looking for a long term commitment)
• An open and flexible schedule and ability to travel with short notice
• A valid passport (or willingness to obtain ASAP)
• Demonstrates professionalism and discretion at all times, reflecting the high standards and values prioritized by the family
