This UHNW family in Burlingame is looking for a rockstar ROTA nanny to care for their 3 children! They have an 11-year-old daughter who just started playing tennis, enjoys art, loves to write, enjoys learning about Japanese culture, and is considered quite the logical thinker. The family also has 7-year-old boy/girl twins. Their 7-year-old son loves to sing and play piano, and is a big Lego builder. He is very sweet and intelligent. Their 7-year-old daughter is spunky, creative, empathetic, and a go-getter. Mom and dad both work inside the home. They travel mainly during school breaks and would love their nannies to join them. This is a fully staffed home. Please be comfortable working alongside mom and other staff members!

Ideal Candidate:

The family is seeking an exceptional nanny who is organized, positive, proactive, and brings a warm, can-do attitude to the role. The family is looking for a nanny who can be engaging and fun with the children. Their ideal candidate is a true team player who can seamlessly partner with Mom and other household members, confidently stepping in wherever needed while also having the emotional intelligence to read the room and know when to give space. The nanny should be highly organized, prepared, and an excellent communicator, with a strong understanding of child development and developmental milestones and a genuine enthusiasm for caring for children. A college degree is required, and proficiency with Google Workspace is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate is also a strong swimmer and comfortable lifting at least 25 pounds.

Job Synopsis:

Spend your days engaging and exploring with three highly intelligent children. Duties will include getting the children ready for the day, taking and picking the children up from school and extracurricular activities, tidying up the children’s play areas, preparing the children’s meals, and keeping up with their laundry. Additional duties will include supporting the household with errands and organization! The schedule for this ROTA Nanny position is a 1-week-on and 1-week-off rotation (non-negotiable), 7 am – 8 pm, with flexibility to stay later for date nights and events. This role will be live-out on rotation. This family is not open to fly-in/fly-out, and they will only consider candidates local or who are willing to relocate for this position. The family offers a target annual salary starting from $165,000+. The family is open to offering relocation assistance for the right fit. The family travels during school breaks for up to 10-14 days at a time, so be ready to adventure with this amazing team! They will provide a nanny vehicle, and you must be a safe and reliable driver.
