Goodin Company is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to launch and lead our new Rosemount Minnesota branch. This role involves hands-on leadership to build a team, establish daily operations, and strengthen customer relationships in the local market.

You will oversee operations, inventory, delivery, customer service, and employee development while driving safety and financial results. A practical, people-focused leader is required to coach staff and make sound business decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or branch leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams in distribution, warehouse, logistics, or related ops.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software.
• Onsite work at Rosemount, MN location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, including warehouse, delivery, inventory, counter service, and customer support.
• Build workflows for accurate inventory, timely deliveries, strong service levels, and profitability.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop branch employees while reinforcing accountability and teamwork.
• Develop relationships with customers, vendors, and sales teams to support retention.
• Monitor financial results, use data to identify gaps, and implement improvements.
• Lead branch safety programs and incident follow-up as needed.
