Goodin Company is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to launch and lead our new Rosemount Minnesota branch. This role involves hands-on leadership to build a team, establish daily operations, and strengthen customer relationships in the local market.

You will oversee operations, inventory, delivery, customer service, and employee development while driving safety and financial results. A practical, people-focused leader is required to coach staff and make sound business decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or branch leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams in distribution, warehouse, logistics, or related ops.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software.
• Onsite work at Rosemount, MN location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, including warehouse, delivery, inventory, counter service, and customer support.

Goodin Company is hiring an experienced Branch Manager to launch and lead our new Rosemount Minnesota branch. This hands-on leadership role offers the opportunity to build a team, establish daily operations, strengthen customer relationships, and expand Goodin Company’s presence in the local market. The Branch Manager will oversee operations, inventory, delivery, customer service, employee development, safety, and financial results. We are looking for a practical, people-focused leader who can coach employees, solve problems, make sound business decisions, and create a branch environment built on accountability, service, and results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, including warehouse, delivery, inventory, counter service, and customer support.
• Build efficient workflows that support accurate inventory, timely deliveries, strong service levels, and profitable performance.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop branch employees while reinforcing accountability, teamwork, and a positive branch culture.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, vendors, business partners, and sales teams to support retention and market growth.
• Monitor operational and financial results, use performance data to identify gaps, solve problems, and implement improvements.
• Lead branch safety efforts, reinforce safe work practices, and support incident follow-up and corrective action planning as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory, management, or branch leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams in distribution, warehouse, logistics, wholesale, branch operations, or a closely related environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, customer service, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems.
• Ability to work primarily onsite at the Rosemount branch and support local market needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, PVF, HVAC, hydronics, industrial distribution, building products, or wholesale distribution.
• Experience managing inventory, warehousing, delivery operations, safety programs, OSHA requirements, or DOT regulations.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, or a related field.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in office, warehouse, and outdoor environments.
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and movement throughout the facility.
