Job summary

Adventure Park is seeking a dedicated Ropes Course & Climbing Guide to lead guests through outdoor aerial attractions and help them build confidence in a safe, controlled setting.

You will ensure harnesses and safety gear are properly fitted, follow all safety procedures, and maintain a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages. Weekend shifts are common, and full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable with heights or willing to build confidence.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Positive, encouraging attitude when working with guests of all ages.
• Ability to follow procedures and communicate clearly with team members.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts (weekends required).
• Physically able to stand, move, and stay active for extended periods.

As a Ropes Course & Climbing Guide, you'll help guests safely navigate our aerial attractions while building their confidence and having a great time.
