Job summary

MarquisIndustrialServices is expanding its rope access capabilities to design and build a new service line for industrial clients. The Rope Access Team will perform inspections, repairs, and related tasks in challenging access areas, following safety rules and industry standards.

The team must communicate effectively, work physically, and resolve issues on site while adhering to IRATA/SPRAT safety practices and maintaining a safe environment for all personnel involved.

Qualifications

• IRATA Level I/II certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to pass background and hair follicle testing.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Abide by MarquisSafety rules and practices.
• Perform rope access tasks to access and complete maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain a safe work environment per OSHA and IRATA/SPRAT standards.
• Ensure PPE usage and inspection of rope access systems.
• Participate in required training and safe working practices.
• Conduct daily inspections and recognize hazards via JSA.
• Assist in rescues as directed per certification level.
