Job summary

Acuren Inspection, Inc. seeks Rope Access Mechanical Techs to support operations in Corpus Christi, TX. Preference for candidates with an NDT or mechanical trades background. Role focuses on safety of rope-access crews and compliance with IRATA standards.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, coordinating rope access activities, and ensuring safe execution of high-level inspections and services at height.

Qualifications

• IRATA or SPRAT Level I certification with proficiency in theory, equipment and rigging, maneuvers, climbing and rescue/hauling.
• Preferred NCCER certification (Trained Individual).
• NDT or mechanical trades background.
• Tex-related refinery experience and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform specific job functions as they relate to work orders.
• Be conversant with relevant rope access techniques.
• Demonstrate all required skills of a Level I Rope Access Technician.
• Assist other technicians as required.
• Ensure operational safety of all equipment.
