Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking an experienced Rope Access Level III Inspector to lead field operations, supervise rope access crews, and perform advanced inspections at client sites.

You will oversee rigging, rescue planning, and safety protocols in refinery, petrochemical, and heavy industrial environments. The role requires IRATA Level III certification and 3–5+ years of field experience, with a focus on leadership, QA/QC, and compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• Valid IRATA Level III certification in good standing.
• 3–5+ years of field experience in industrial rope access operations.
• Demonstrated leadership ability in rigging, job planning, and worksite supervision.
• Familiarity with industrial plant configurations.
• Must pass pre-employment background checks and site onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all rigging, access, and descent/ascent activities per SPRAT or IRATA Level III standards.
• Perform complex inspections in elevated or confined locations using rope access techniques.
• Lead daily safety briefings, rescue planning, and job hazard analysis.
• Supervise Level I and Level II rope access personnel; ensure safe work practices.
• Coordinate access plans and inspection deliverables with project managers, engineers, and client representatives.
• Install rope systems, anchors, lifelines, and safety zones per standards; oversee rescue readiness.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, SPRAT/IRATA, and TEAM safety protocols.
• Review inspection data, provide QA/QC oversight, and assist in reporting.
