Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking qualified SPRAT or IRATA Level 1 and Level 2 Rope Access Insulators to perform industrial insulation activities using rope access methods.

Responsibilities include removing and installing insulation on piping, vessels, equipment, and more, with safe rope access positioning and adherence to site safety requirements. Candidates should have SPRAT/IRATA certification and insulation experience, thriving in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Current SPRAT or IRATA Level 1 or Level 2 certification.
• Industrial insulation experience.
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding work at height.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Remove, repair, fabricate, and install industrial insulation using rope access.
• Insulate piping, vessels, equipment, and other components.
• Install and remove insulation jacketing and weatherproofing.
• Maintain rope access safety and positions per SPRAT/IRATA requirements.
• Inspect and use rope access and craft equipment.
• Follow site safety requirements and supervision.
• Maintain workmanship, housekeeping, and material control.
