Job summary

MISTRAS Group is seeking Rope Access Insulators local to the Greater Houston area for immediate project work. The role involves applying, removing, and repairing thermal and acoustic insulation on pipelines, tanks, and equipment across industrial sites.

The candidate must hold rope access certification Level 1 or 2, have at least a year of insulation experience or a valid credential, and be willing to travel. Safety and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Rope access certification Level 1 or 2 required.
• Insulation experience or valid credential preferred.
• Willingness to travel and perform on various sites.
• Current first-aid/CPR/AED certification or within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Apply, remove, and repair insulation on industrial equipment.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications to determine material needs.
• Provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
• Work in a team to complete tasks on time and with quality.
• Follow safety procedures and manage on-site risks.
• Perform other duties as directed by company policies.
