Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Root Cause Manager to lead investigations into defects and inefficiencies across its U.S. production lines.

You will drive data-driven decision-making, implement corrective actions, and establish robust RCA practices to improve quality and operational performance. The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills, with experience in manufacturing environments and a track record of delivering sustainable process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments with a focus on quality and process improvement.
• Proven expertise in root cause analysis methodologies and problem-solving frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Advanced certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Manufacturing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate root cause analysis sessions using structured problem-solving tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and production to identify process gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and maintain documentation of root cause investigations, corrective action plans, and follow-up activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators related to product quality and process efficiency to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor team members and stakeholders on root cause analysis techniques and continuous improvement best practices.
• Coordinate with customers and external partners when root causes are linked to external components or services.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce downtime, scrap rates, and operational costs while enhancing product reliability.
