Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Data Science, or related field
• Master's degree preferred (MBA or MS in Engineering)
• 8+ years in manufacturing strategy or analytics with proven impact
• 2+ years leading a team or managing cross-functional projects
• Strong analytical skills with ability to handle large data sets and drive decisions
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• U.S. Person required due to access to export-controlled information or facilities

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Data Analysts to develop and maintain analytical solutions
• Engage stakeholders across manufacturing and cross-functional teams
• Develop manufacturing solutions using analytics to boost productivity and reduce costs
• Analyze production metrics, process flows, and resource use to identify improvements
• Collaborate with teams to align with business objectives
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing analytics
• Create documentation for analytic solutions and continuous improvement
• Lead Kaizen, Lean, or Six Sigma initiatives to optimize production
• Contribute to capacity planning and workforce management for scalability
• Implement and refine manufacturing KPIs to measure performance
• Support new product development from a manufacturing perspective
