Qualifications

• Three to four years of experience in Front Office/Housekeeping/Guest Services, including at least two years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Opera, Kronos, and Alice is preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk for an extended period, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be available for flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all housekeeping, laundry, and front office operations run smoothly.
• Conduct staff meetings and assist with training.
• Supervise laundry operations and manage supply inventories.
• Handle guest complaints effectively.
