Job summary

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts seeks a strategic Rooms Operations leader at a Dallas property to drive Front Office, Recreation/Health Club and Housekeeping. You will partner with department heads to implement strategies, uphold brand service standards, and grow revenue while delivering strong financial performance for the owner and Marriott.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 4 years guest services/operations experience.
• Or a 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements department strategies for Rooms Operations aligned with brand service strategy.
• Ensures Rooms Operations meet brand standards and customer needs.
• Maximizes financial performance and returns on investment for the owner and Marriott.
• Communicates departmental goals and results to leadership teams.
• Reviews guest feedback and applies corrective actions to improve satisfaction.
• Manages HR activities, ensures fair treatment, and fosters excellent service culture.

Education
