Loews Philadelphia Hotel seeks a seasoned Director of Rooms to lead Front Office, Guest Services, and Housekeeping. You will drive service excellence, manage daily operations, and ensure the guest experience reflects warmth, quality, and care in a landmark Center City setting.

You will mentor teams, control budgets, partner with Revenue and Sales, and implement programs to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field required.
• Six years of progressive hotel management experience with at least four in a leadership role.
• Experience with hotel management software; Opera preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, holidays as needed.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in hospitality.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Front Office, Guest Services, and Housekeeping teams to a high-performing environment.
• Oversee daily operations of rooms-related departments with brand standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction scores; address concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, and Conference teams on rates and events.
• Drive training programs to elevate service standards and operations.
• Analyze performance metrics and hold managers accountable.
• Ensure participation in marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Maintain strong interdepartmental communication for smooth operations.
