Job summary

Loews Philadelphia Hotel is seeking a passionate Manager of Housekeeping to lead daily operations and maintain impeccable guest spaces. You will drive staffing, training, and process improvements to ensure excellence in cleanliness and guest comfort across the property.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality leadership experience, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to supervising a diverse team, with familiarity in Opera PMS preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hospitality experience.
• Minimum 2 years in hotel housekeeping and 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience with Opera PMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping operations to meet high cleanliness standards.
• Analyze room turns and staffing to optimize performance.
• Develop and implement efficient housekeeping procedures.
• Interview, hire, and mentor team members.
• Maintain staffing levels and manage labour costs.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee uniform and laundry services, ensuring timely delivery.
• Conduct regular team meetings and coach for improvement.
