Loews Philadelphia Hotel is seeking a passionate Manager of Housekeeping to lead daily operations and maintain impeccable guest spaces. You will drive staffing, training, and process improvements to ensure excellence in cleanliness and guest comfort across the property.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality leadership experience, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to supervising a diverse team, with familiarity in Opera PMS preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hospitality experience.
• Minimum 2 years in hotel housekeeping and 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience with Opera PMS preferred.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public spaces meet Loews' exacting standards
• Analyze room turns and staffing needs, making real-time adjustments to optimize performance
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures that drive efficiency and maintain a pristine environment
• Interview, hire, and mentor team members, fostering growth and engagement
• Maintain optimal staffing levels and manage labor costs effectively
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
• Oversee uniform and laundry services, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Hold regular team meetings to share updates, celebrate wins, and address challenges
• Evaluate team performance and coach for continuous improvement
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications Include

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required
• Minimum of two (2) years housekeeping experience in hotel hospitality and minimum of two (2) years housekeeping or guest service leadership experience required
• Previous experience with Opera Property Management System preferred
• Ability to develop and maintain effective operating and control processes designed to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria
• Ability to stand for long periods of time required
• Ability to push, pull, and lift items weighing up to 25lbs
