Job summary

Orange Lake Resort in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Director of Rooms Operations to provide strategic leadership across rooms-related functions, including Guest Services, Front Desk, and resort services. You will oversee the MasterCorp housekeeping partnership and coordinate with Engineering, F&B, Recreation, Sales, and HOA to uphold brand standards and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field and 8+ years of progressive hospitality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading multiple operational departments.
• Experience managing third-party housekeeping contracts.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead all rooms operations and service standards.
• Oversee front desk, housekeeping, resort services, transportation, security.
• Drive owner/guest experience metrics and continuous improvement.
• Manage MasterCorp contract performance and SLAs.
• Collaborate with Corporate Operations and other departments.

Education
