Job summary

Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group is seeking a Rooms Controller to work with Revenue Management, Front Desk and operations to optimize room inventory and maximize revenue while maintaining guest service standards.

The role focuses on blocking guestrooms, balancing room types, and coordinating with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure accurate inventory across Galaxy, ROS and Valhalla. High school diploma and 2–4 years of hotel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2–4 years in hotel operations.
• Experience coordinating with housekeeping, engineering and front desk.
• Knowledge of inventory balancing to maximize revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Block guestrooms and balance room types to enhance revenue opportunities.
• Block VIPs into upgraded room types and manage upgrade allocations.
• Manage Out of Order/Out of Service inventory with relevant departments.
• Participate in Group Strategy meetings to manage group inventory by room type.
• Ensure balance of inventory across Galaxy, ROS and Valhalla; take corrective action as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by Revenue Management or Hotel Leadership.
