Responsibilities

• Learn Front Desk operation — assist with guest arrivals, departures, questions, and requests.
• Assist with reservations, room assignments, and other front office activities.
• Experience Housekeeping operations — learn how guest rooms and public areas are inspected, prepared, and maintained.
• Work with the Front Desk and Housekeeping teams to help ensure rooms are clean, ready, and available for arriving guests.
• Learn how hotel departments communicate and work together to solve guest needs.
• Gain exposure to hotel systems, procedures, service standards, and daily operations.
• Assist with special projects and other activities designed to build your hospitality knowledge.
