Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Aesthetic Manager for Deloitte University in Westlake, TX. You will maintain and improve interior/exterior finishes, oversee the guest room maintenance program, and lead a supervisory team to deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities include recruitment, training, scheduling, and coordinating preventive maintenance, with a focus on safety, documentation, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience in construction, project management, or building maintenance.
• One year supervisory experience.
• Understanding of building finishes and related services.
• Ability to read blueprints, specs, and construction docs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook; Teams beneficial.
• Knowledge of service ticketing systems; HotSOS experience preferred.
• Texas driver's license with clean record; must be 21+.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, train, coach, discipline and appraise staff.
• Create schedules and approve time off and shifts.
• Direct staff to maximize efficiency while upholding standards.
• Coach and develop staff for growth within the company.
• Oversee guestroom preventive maintenance programs and scheduling.

• Ensure 25% inspection of staff work and 100% of contractor work.
• Respond to guest requests and aim to resolve 90% in 15 minutes and 80% in 30 minutes.
• Operate office equipment, EMS systems and Life Safety Systems with training.

What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

BASIC FUNCTION: The Assistant Aesthetic Manager is responsible for maintaining and/or improving the aesthetic aspects of the property which includes interior and exterior finishes, including but not limited to walls, ceilings, floors, furniture, fixtures. window treatments, signage, landscaping, parking lot upkeep, etc. This position directly oversees the guest room preventive maintenance program.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, training, coaching, discipline and conducting performance appraisals for direct reports. Also responsible for creating schedules and approving employees’ time, time off and shift changes.
• Assign, train, support and direct the staff to carry out the basic operation of their roles to give maximum efficiency and performance, maintaining the policy and standards of the property.
• Coach, develop and provide feedback to the staff for the continued growth in their current and future positions within our company.
• Organize and oversee the guestroom preventive maintenance program, including scheduling and assigning work, keeping systems updated, and improving efficiency.
• Routinely inspect the aesthetic repairs, projects, and the work that is being done to ensure quality.
• Properly utilize maintenance work order system to distribute and track work. Maintain records and data for the system.
• Maintain/create systems to ensure enough completed work is inspected to ensure quality. The goal being for supervisors and managers to inspect a minimum of 25% of work completed by our staff and 100% of work completed by contractors.
• Responds to guest requests and resolves their needs efficiently, understanding and striving to meet our goal of responding to 90% within 15 minutes and resolving 80% within 30 minutes.
• Responsible for correct use of office equipment, EMS systems and Life Safety Systems, (training will be provided).
