Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program with active LPN license.
• Current Basic Life Support certification is required.
• 2 years of ambulatory primary care experience.
• 1 year of EHR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare examination rooms, keep them clean and stocked.
• Interview patients to obtain history and reconcile meds.
• Assist with in-office procedures and testing per provider directions.
• Document all encounters accurately in the EHR.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety policies.
