You will answer calls promptly, know the menu inside out, process orders in the POS system, and collaborate with kitchen and delivery staff to deliver accurate, timely service while maintaining a clean work area and adhering to food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming room service calls promptly and professionally.
• Accurately take guest food and beverage orders and confirm details.
• Maintain knowledge of the room service menu, ingredients, and allergens.
• Upsell menu items, beverages, and desserts to enhance guest experience.
• Process orders through the POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with kitchen and delivery staff to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Resolve guest complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Keep a clean and organized work area and adhere to food safety policies.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
