Marriott Jacksonville Downtown is hiring for a Room Service Server/Busser to join the on-site team in downtown Jacksonville, FL. You will deliver food and beverages, set up VIP amenities, and service hospitality suites while upholding sanitation and guest service standards.

The role requires reliable attendance, the ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and strong communication with guests. Prior hotel experience is preferred; on-site work with flexible shifts is expected.

No**Overview**Work with Room Service Team in the serving of guests to ensure positive guest experience.### **Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Set up and deliver all food and beverage orders in accordance with established guidelines, procedures and policies as prescribed by company standards.* Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve all food and beverage trays in order to maintain established sanitation guidelines.* Set up and deliver all VIP amenities.* Service all hospitality suites in accordance with Banquet Event Orders and established policies and procedure.* Complete all shift side work as outlined in the hotel’s operating policies and procedures.* Respond to customer needs, issues, comments, and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales.
