Job summary

Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort, seeks a guest‑focused server to deliver room service and front‑of‑house support. You will describe menu items, ensure accuracy, and engage guests with refined service in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders including any special needs to guests in-room and check accuracy with the kitchen.

• Breakdown, clean and set up room service tables and stations; use mobile devices for orders.
• Anticipate guest needs, confirm satisfaction, and respond to concerns promptly.
• Close guest checks with correct room number and signature; settle voids or comps.
• Adhere to Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards; collaborate with teammates.

Essential Functions

What you will do

• Deliver food orders including any special needs or requests to the guest in-room, check completed kitchen orders with the order taker or guest’s original order; transport items to the guestroom in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.
• Greet guests, describe selected items to the guest using interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods; communicate options for removal of trays and dishware; respond to request for tray removal according to established time standards.
• Breakdown, clean and set‑up of room service tables, condiment set‑ups, flatware, dishware, and room service side stations. Make proper use of our mobile technology devices and programs.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Properly and accurately close guest checks securing room number and signature; properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.

Non-essential Functions

• Take guest orders in the absence of order taker.
• Plate and prepare small food items.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 1 year in food service or related work preferred.
