Heritage Hotels & Resorts, Inc. in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Room Service Server to deliver in-room dining with care and presentation.

You will handle menu inquiries by phone and ensure responsible alcohol service while maintaining high sanitation standards. This role requires strong guest-service orientation, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with basic food handling & sanitation practices.
• High volume and/or fine dining experience preferred.
• Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required.
• Able to carry, pull, push weight up to 40+ pounds with or without assistance.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
