Qualifications

• Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 10+ pounds.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, high-quality dining service during banquets and events.
• Set up dining areas, roll silverware, and prepare stations.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and in sync with event timelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of dining areas.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership during events.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Handle guest checks, cash, and tip reporting accurately.
• Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and company service standards.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times.
