Hilton’s Waldorf Astoria Maui, Grand Wailea, seeks a Room Service Order Taker / Cashier to join our Food & Beverage team. You’ll handle in-room dining orders, answer guest calls, and assist with menu knowledge in a friendly, polished manner.

Learn the menu, upsell items, and process payments accurately, input orders into the POS system, contributing to a memorable guest experience at a Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property in Maui.

Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat attitude to all guest interactions.
• Answer Room Service calls promptly and courteously.
• Take and enter orders into the POS without errors.
• Learn the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials.
• Suggest and promote food and beverage offerings.
• Process payments and reconcile checks with accuracy.
