Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Room Attendant to maintain clean, welcoming guest rooms and respond to guest requests, contributing to outstanding service and profitability.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, changing linens, stocking supplies, handling trash, and assisting guests with special requests. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A team-first attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work nights, holidays and weekends.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co-workers with their job duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming.
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed.
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Perform guest turn down service, as needed.
