Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a guest-focused team member for our front-of-house service role. You will greet guests, take and serve orders promptly, perform setup side work, assist guests with menu questions, and operate the POS system where applicable.

You will ensure correct portions and appearance before serving, collaborate with coworkers to maintain standards, and stay on your feet during shifts while lifting up to 30 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Be a team player and willing to pitch in to help coworkers.
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift at least 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests promptly according to service manual.
• Do set-up side work as assigned.
• Answer guest questions about the menu.
• Operate the POS system where applicable.
• Check food before serving for appearance, temperature, and portions.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
