What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a
Nursery Room Leader or senior early years role.
Strong understanding of the
EYFS framework and child development best practices.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Passion for delivering high-quality care in a
child-focused and nurturing environment.
Ability to motivate and develop a team, promoting a positive and inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a specific nursery room, ensuring the smooth delivery of care and education for your group.
Support and mentor your team of early years practitioners, fostering a culture of learning and development.
Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing observations and feedback to support development.
Maintain a safe, clean, and inspiring environment both indoors and outdoors.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues.
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health, safety, and quality standards.
