Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Nursery Room Leader for a setting rated Outstanding by CQC. You will lead a dynamic team, deliver high-quality care and education, and create a safe, welcoming environment where children can thrive.

This role requires proven leadership in early years, strong EYFS knowledge, and excellence in communication. You will mentor practitioners, plan engaging activities, monitor progress, and build strong partnerships with parents while upholding safeguarding

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a specific nursery room, ensuring the smooth delivery of care and education for your group.
• Support and mentor your team of early years practitioners, fostering a culture of learning and development.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing observations and feedback to support development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inspiring environment both indoors and outdoors.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health, safety, and quality standards.
