Inspire nursery is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of care, learning and development. You will mentor staff and cultivate a warm, safe environment where children thrive.

The role emphasizes leadership, safeguarding, and collaborative teamwork to inspire young minds and support colleagues in a rewarding setting.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification).
• Experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS.
• A passion for delivering outstanding care and learning experiences.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

The Role

What We’re Looking For

NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification)

Experience working within an Early Years setting
