Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. is seeking an experienced Room Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of a designated nursery room, delivering high-quality care and education aligned with EYFS.

You will mentor and develop team members, plan engaging activities, monitor progress, and maintain safeguarding and health & safety standards in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Room Leader or Senior Nursery Practitioner or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Good safeguarding and child protection knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience mentoring colleagues.
• Nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of your designated room.
• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support, mentor, and develop team members.
• Plan and oversee engaging learning experiences that support children's development.
• Monitor children's progress through observations and assessments.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards are consistently maintained.

What We're Looking For
