Job summary

Windsor Hospitality in Brea, California seeks a Room Inspector to ensure guest rooms meet our high standards. You will assign rooms to attendants, conduct thorough inspections of guestrooms, bathrooms, corridors and lobbies, document findings, and address guest concerns with professionalism.

You will support training, help with housekeeping management when needed, and help maintain cleanliness and order across the floor.

Qualifications

• Eye for detail and commitment to quality.
• Supervisory or housekeeping experience preferred; room inspection experience is a plus.
• Team player who is willing to assist across the floor.
• Clear communicator with guests, management, and teammates.
• Organized and able to plan and assign work across a team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily room lists to Room Attendants and manage workload throughout the shift.
• Conduct thorough inspections of guestrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and lobbies for cleanliness and condition.
• Examine carpets, drapes, and furniture for stains, damage, or wear; document and report findings.
• Address and resolve guest complaints about housekeeping service professionally and promptly.
• Support Room Attendant training and step in for Housekeeping Management when needed.
• Write supply requisitions and maintenance work orders; report room redecoration needs.
• Assist with hands‑on cleaning and laundry tasks as workload demands.
• Distribute new stock items to Room Attendants as directed.

• Clear communicator with guests, management, and teammates.
• Organized; able to plan and assign work across a team effectively.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

SCHEDULE & HOURS

This position is FULL TIME, with schedules that may vary based on business need. Flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, is required. Specific shift details will be discussed during the interview process.
