Job summary

The Lodge of Four Seasons in Lake Ozark, Missouri is seeking a Guest Room Attendant & Inspector to join our TEAM. You will clean, prepare, and inspect guest rooms to ensure top cleanliness and presentation while delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel housekeeping or inspection experience preferred; willing to train.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent English communication; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards.
• Make beds and replace linens, towels, and guest amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and remove trash; replenish supplies.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, presentation, and readiness before guest occupancy.
• Provide feedback to maintain consistent standards and coordinate with team.

Responsibilities

Guest Room Attendant:

• Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards
• Make beds and replace linens, towels, and guest amenities
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and remove trash
• Replenish room supplies and maintain housekeeping equipment
• Report maintenance concerns, damages, safety issues, and lost & found items

Guest Room Inspector:

• Inspect completed guest rooms for cleanliness, presentation, and readiness
• Ensure rooms meet hotel standards before being released for guest occupancy
• Identify and communicate cleaning, maintenance, or quality concerns
• Provide feedback and support to Room Attendants to maintain consistent standards

Requirements

• Prior hotel housekeeping, room attendant, or inspection experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, stooping, and kneeling for extended periods
• Excellent English communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a TEAM

$17.00 per hour
