Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Room Attendant for Homewood Suites in Holyoke, MA. The role includes maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and providing excellent customer service. We are currently looking for a Part -Time Room Attendant to join our Team! Our Homewood Suites by Hilton in Holyoke is an extended stay hotel, with 114 suites with full kitchens for our guests to enjoy. We’re off I-90, a four-minute drive from Holyoke Mall and 15 minutes from the Big E. Springfield. We’re also 10 miles from Six Flags New England, and Mount Holyoke, Amherst, Elm, Smith, and other colleges are within 30 minutes. A great place to stay – a great place to work. The Homewood Suites is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award‑winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates.

A Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our guest rooms and suites.

Role

• Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service. This includes cleaning floors, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Reporting discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
• Working typical shifts that include weekends and holidays when required.

Flexible availability to work 9:00am to 3:00pm weekdays and 10:00am to 5:00pm on weekends and available to work holidays.

Starting rate of pay is $17.75/hour!
