Role: Room Attendant

Ensure our rooms and suites are always 'fresh and welcoming' for our guests, providing a relaxing haven after a busy day or a space for last-minute work.

Key Accountabilities

1. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and make each room special and memorable for guests.
2. Assist guests with their needs, such as providing toiletries or directions.
3. Update your supervisor on room service progress and report any repairs needed.
4. Follow safety procedures at all times and wear protective equipment when necessary.
5. Keep supplies and amenities organized, minimize waste, and log lost and found items.
6. Present a professional appearance by wearing your uniform with pride.
7. Perform ad-hoc duties and assist with deep cleaning or turndown services as required.
8. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure excellent service quality.
9. Monitor and control supplies to reduce waste.

Key Skills & Experiences

1. Physical fitness is essential, as the role requires being on your feet most of the day.
