Position: Housekeeping House Attendant

As a Housekeeping House Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests to ensure outstanding guest service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of cleaning experience preferred.
• Effective and pleasant communication skills in English.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to move throughout the building, bend, stop, and reach during an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to use commercial cleaning chemicals safely.
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work independently with speed and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning guest rooms and public areas thoroughly.
• Rotating mattresses quarterly.
• Managing daily room status reports and activity charts.
• Handling linen and trash disposal.
• Using washers and dryers.
• Maintaining cleanliness of stairwells and elevators.
• Assisting with guest requests and delivering exceptional service.
