Geronimo Hospitality Group in Indianapolis is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain spotless guest rooms and public spaces, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

You will greet guests, manage room inventory, and perform thorough cleaning to exacting standards while following safety guidelines. This role offers opportunities to contribute to Geronimo's award-winning hotels and clubs, with a team that values hard work and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in housekeeping and customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Review daily inventory of rooms, arrivals, and departures.
• Review daily inventory of supplies needed to complete the assignments.
• Clean hotel rooms including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen area, lobby, and common areas.
• Perform quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits.
• Comply with all hotel safety guidelines.
• Pick up ground litter around hotel or whatever visible.
• May perform similar duties as requested by team leader.

YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.

As a room attendant, you will ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms and public spaces. You will come into contact with guests and will need to have positive guest interactions. You play a very important role and will contribute to a unique experience for each of our guests every day.

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

• Education - High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience and/or Training - Housekeeping and customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

U.S. Work Authorization (required).
