We are seeking a qualified physical Room Attendant who is highly motivated and can ensure rooms are inviting and comfortable.
Applicants must have the ability to work independently and perform cleaning duties efficiently.
Key Requirements/Qualifications:
- Ability to lift, push, pull more than 15 lbs. frequently; housekeeper carts can weigh over 40 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
- Detail-oriented individual capable of focusing on cleaning responsibilities to ensure each room meets property standards.
- Maintain a professional, gracious, and composed attitude.
- Accept criticism and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Replenish guest room items, including towels, linens, and amenities.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs.
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms and bathrooms as assigned, including vacuuming, dusting, changing linens, and emptying trash.
- Report maintenance issues or guest items left behind to the appropriate department.
- Familiarize with hotel safety and emergency procedures.
This position is contingent upon successful completion of a background check relevant to the role.
