We are seeking a qualified physical Room Attendant who is highly motivated and can ensure rooms are inviting and comfortable.
Applicants must have the ability to work independently and efficiently perform cleaning duties.
Key Requirements/Qualifications:
- Ability to lift, push, pull more than 10 lbs. often; housekeeper carts can weigh 30 lbs. or more.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
- Detail-oriented individual capable of focusing on cleaning responsibilities to ensure each room setup meets property standards.
- Ability to maintain a composed, gracious, and professional attitude.
- Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Replenish items in rooms for guest use, including towels, linens, and amenities.
- Accommodate and anticipate guest needs, responding promptly and professionally.
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms and bathrooms as assigned (vacuuming, dusting, changing linens, emptying trash).
- Report any maintenance issues or items left behind by guests to the appropriate department.
- Familiarize yourself with the hotel's safety and emergency procedures.
This role is subject to successful completion of a background check.
