Housekeeping Supervisor – Assistant Executive Housekeeper – Executive Housekeeper

Your Focus

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Clean guest rooms efficiently according to standards, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Polish furniture and fixtures; dust furniture, walls, and equipment.
• Report repairs needed in guest rooms to management.
• Handle guest items left in rooms following lost and found policies.
• Follow sustainability practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective equipment, and adhere to MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform house person and lobby attendant duties during staff shortages or peak times.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work to improve departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Your Background and Skills

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English.
