1. Ensure complete guest satisfaction.
2. Investigate guest complaints and follow up on requests.
3. Maintain cleanliness of guestrooms and public areas, including sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, polishing floors, vacuuming, and waste management.
4. Clean windows, mirrors, door panels, and sills.
