Job description

We are seeking a qualified physical Room Attendant who is highly motivated and can ensure rooms are inviting and comfortable.

Applicants must have the ability to work independently and efficiently perform cleaning duties.

Key Requirements/Qualifications:

• Ability to lift, push, pull, more than 10 lbs. often; housekeeper carts can weigh more than 30 lbs. or more to push, pull.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Detail-oriented individual capable of focusing on cleaning responsibilities, ensuring each room setup is completed as required by the property.
• Ability to maintain a composed, gracious, and professional attitude.
• Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Replenish items in rooms for guest use, including towels, linens, and amenities.
• Accommodate and anticipate guests' needs, responding promptly and professionally.
• Thoroughly clean guest rooms and bathrooms as assigned (e.g., vacuuming, dusting, changing bed linens, emptying trash cans).
• Report any maintenance needs or items left behind by guests to the appropriate department.
• Become familiar with the hotel's safety and emergency procedures.

This position is subject to successful completion of a background check related to the role.
