Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company standards
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels
• Follow all safety and security procedures
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, services, and surroundings
• Stock rooms with amenities
• Identify and report guest items left behind
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to multi-task
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Team player
• Ability to exceed guest expectations
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards
