This position involves cleaning guestrooms to meet company standards, providing courteous guest service, and adhering to health and safety regulations. Ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards of quality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Cleanliness: Responsible for cleaning guest rooms and ensuring amenities and supplies are provided. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of carts, linens, rooms, and equipment.
• Guest Service: Enhance guest satisfaction through friendly and professional service. Respond promptly to guest requests, work collaboratively with team members, and follow the guest service recovery program.
• Safety/Risk Management: Maintain a safe and clean work environment, report maintenance issues, and follow safety protocols for chemicals and emergency procedures.
• Self Management: Plan and prioritize tasks to meet work volume requirements. Follow attendance, grooming, and work rules, and attend required meetings. Properly use equipment and supplies.

Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Housekeeping or laundry experience preferred. Attention to detail, customer focus, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Significant bending required.
